Terms of sale

This is a small site for a small art brand. It does not run ads, does not track you across the web, and does not sell anything about you to anybody. Here is the whole of what actually happens.

Who this is

Token3D Co. is an independent art brand. "We" and "us" below mean Token3D Co., and "the site" means token3dco.com. Placing an order means you have read these terms and agree to them.

What you are buying

Every item in the store is a physical art print. Each print is $15, and shipping is a flat $8 per order however many prints are in it, so the total shown at checkout is the whole price. Prints are hand-checked before they go out, and small variations in colour and trim between copies are part of a print run, not a defect.

How an order works

There is no card checkout. Payment happens on Venmo, in three steps.

• You place the order. The site gives you an order reference in the form T3D-XXXXX and the amount to send.
• You pay on Venmo. Send the exact amount to @Token3dco with the reference in the payment note. The button on the confirmation page fills both in for you.
• We match and ship. The payment is matched to your order by the reference, and the print goes out.

An order is not confirmed until the payment arrives. If no payment with a matching reference arrives within 7 days, the order is cancelled and nothing is owed. A payment without a reference, or with the wrong amount, cannot be matched automatically; get in touch through the contact form so it can be sorted out by hand.

No refunds

All sales are final. Because each order is paid for and matched by hand, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once a payment has been received, including for change of mind. Please check your cart, your delivery address and the amount before you send the payment.

The one exception is our mistake: if you receive the wrong print, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement.

Shipping

• Orders ship within the United States. For anywhere else, ask through the contact form before ordering; postage may be different.
• Orders go out once payment has been matched. Delivery times depend on the carrier and are not guaranteed.
• Make sure the address you enter is complete. A parcel returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address can be resent, but the second postage is yours.
• Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delays in transit are outside our control.

Payment on Venmo

Venmo is a separate service with its own terms, and the payment itself is between you and Venmo. This site never sees your Venmo login or your bank or card details. Any fees Venmo charges you are yours; the amount shown at checkout is what we need to receive.

Artwork

You are buying a print, not the artwork. The images stay the property of their respective owners and a purchase does not include any right to reproduce, resell copies of, or otherwise use the artwork beyond enjoying the print you bought.

Changes

If prices, shipping or the way ordering works change, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. The terms that apply to an order are the ones on this page when the order was placed.
