This is a small site for a small art brand. It does not run ads, does not track you across the web, and does not sell anything about you to anybody. Here is the whole of what actually happens.

Who this is
Token3D Co. is an independent art and toy brand. "We" and "us" below mean Token3D Co., and "the site" means token3dco.com.
What we collect
There are only five ways this site touches your information.
- The contact form. If you send a message, we receive the name, email address, subject and message text you typed into it. That is the only information the form asks for, and nothing on the form is optional trickery to get more out of you.
- The drop list. If you sign up for first look at a drop, we receive the email address you typed into the box on the home page and nothing else. It is used to tell you when new work is out, and you can ask to come off the list at any time.
-
Your cart. Items you add are saved in your own browser's local
storage, under the key
token3d-cart-v1. It never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser data empties it. - Placing an order. To send you something we need somewhere to send it, so the checkout asks for your name, email address, delivery address and anything you choose to put in the notes box. That, plus what you ordered and the order reference, is the whole record. Payment does not happen on this site, so no card or bank details are ever asked for or received here.
- Server logs. Our host records ordinary request information when a page loads, including your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. This is standard for any website and is used to keep the site running and to spot abuse.
What we do not collect
- No accounts, logins or passwords. There is nothing to sign up for.
- No card, bank or payment details. Payment for an order is made inside Venmo, on Venmo's own app or site, and none of it passes through this site or is visible to it.
- No analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tags or session recording.
- No cookies set by us. We do not use a cookie banner because we do not set any cookies.
- No selling, renting or trading of your information. Not to anyone, for any price.
Who else sees it
Three outside services are involved in the site working at all.
- Netlify hosts the site and receives contact form, drop list and order submissions on our behalf. Loading any page means Netlify's servers see your IP address, and sending any of those forms means what you typed is stored in our Netlify account.
- Google Fonts serves the two typefaces the site uses. Your browser requests those font files from Google, which means Google's servers see your IP address when a page loads.
- Venmo takes the payment for an order. Following the payment link hands you to Venmo, and from that point what happens is between you and them under their privacy policy, not ours. We see that a payment arrived with your order reference on it; we never see how you paid for it.
Beyond those three, and beyond a lawful request we are legally required to answer, nobody else gets your information.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept while we are still dealing with what you wrote about, and are deleted once they are no longer needed. Order details are kept for as long as the tax and bookkeeping rules require, because an order is a sale and a record has to exist. Drop list addresses are kept until you ask to come off the list. Host server logs are kept on our host's ordinary schedule and are not something we retain separately. Your cart lives in your browser until you clear it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ask through the contact form and we will handle it. What we hold is small - a message, an email address, or the details of an order you placed - so this is usually a quick job. The one thing we cannot simply delete on request is the record of a completed sale, which has to be kept for tax and bookkeeping. We will not treat you differently for asking.
You can also stop the site holding anything at all on your side by clearing your browser's site data for token3dco.com, which empties the cart.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us a message, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
If what the site does changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. Adding checkout or analytics later would both count, and both would be written here before they went live.
Contact
Questions about any of this go through the contact form.
